We are proud to announce we've added two new powerful features to the latest release of Quantivia™, the end-to-end enterprise project management solution.
Report Performance Index (RPI) is a powerful metric used to determine the accuracy of the reporting cycle. Gone are the days of hiding bad news. This metric is calculated by measuring the accuracy of the forecast dates provided by the users in the turnaround documents. It allows management to assess whether bad news is being withheld. This feature creates healthy pressure on the users to forecast accurately and get bad news out in a timely manner. RPI is linked to the advanced filter function allowing managers and administrators to target specific areas where forecasting is inacurate.
Online turnaround documents are now available to system administrators. This feature enables users to provide status of their deliverables without having to download and upload files, dramatically improving the speed and reliability of the update cycle and reducing the amount of data double handling. The administrator assigns deliverables to a user within the system and the user updates the deliverables within Quantivia™. |
